She was born in Alamogordo, NM on February 22, 1941.
Cecilia D. Howard graduated from Alamogordo High School and received her High School Diploma from Alamogordo High School.
She was married to Bobby Paul Howard Sr.
Cecilia D. Howard had a career in different retail stores in her early years then became an amazing mama to her 2 boys that she loved very, very much... She later started her own business. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in El Paso, TX and had a passion for faith in St. Jude and the church. She was an amazing cook where she loved to feed as many people as possible, but especially her friends and of course all of her family. Cecilia Howard had an amazing passion for music, people and life.
She was survived by her sons, Bobby Paul Howard Jr. (Deceased - 1994) &
Richard James Howard Sr.
