Celia is survived by her loving children Norman Candelaria (Norma) and Lile Salazar (David).
Celia also leaves 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
Visitation for Celia will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. Funeral mass will follow Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Saint Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79936 with a graveside service afterwards at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
