Celia Rodriguez, beloved mother, sister, tía, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, in El Paso, Texas, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on March 11, 1949, in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico, to her devoted parents, Ernesto and Catalina Garcia.

Celia was the proudest and most loving mother to her son, Jose Manuel Rodriguez, who was the light of her life. She is survived by her cherished siblings — Arturo Garcia, Antonio Garcia, Jose Garcia, Antonia Blanco, Elisa Torres, Elena Labrado, Angie Holguin, and Hilda Renteria — along with their spouses, and her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews who adored their “Tía Celia.” She is also remembered fondly by countless dear friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and warmth.

Celia is now reunited in eternal peace with her beloved parents, her dear son Jose Manuel, and her brother Felix Garcia.

Her life was a beautiful reflection of love, family, faith, and togetherness. Celia was happiest when surrounded by her siblings, sharing laughter, stories, and adventures. She loved traveling, singing, and dancing, and her joyful spirit was infectious to everyone around her. A constant presence at every family celebration and milestone, Celia made each moment more meaningful simply by being there.

Celia dedicated her time as an advocate for La Mujer Obrera, a cause she held close to her heart and took immense pride in supporting. Her compassion, generosity, and unwavering strength inspired everyone who knew her.

Celia will forever be remembered for her boundless love, her resilience, and her devotion to family above all else. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on through the countless memories, traditions, and values she instilled in those she loved. Celia Rodríguez, amada madre, hermana, tía y amiga, falleció en paz el 3 de septiembre de 2025 en El Paso, Texas, rodeada del amor de su familia. Nació el 11 de marzo de 1949 en Leon, Guanajuato, México, hija de sus queridos padres, Ernesto y Catalina García.

Celia fue la madre más orgullosa y amorosa de su hijo, José Manuel Rodríguez, quien fue la luz de su vida. Le sobreviven sus queridos hermanos: Arturo García, Antonio García, José García, Antonia Blanco, Elisa Torres, Elena Labrado, Angie Holguín y Hilda Rentería, junto con sus cónyuges, así como numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas, y sobrinos-nietos que adoraban a su querida “Tía Celia.” También deja en el recuerdo a muchos amigos entrañables cuyas vidas fueron tocadas por su cariño y calidez.

Hoy, Celia se reúne en el cielo con sus amados padres, su querido hijo José Manuel y su hermano Félix García, encontrando paz eterna en su abrazo.
