Charles (Chucky) was a childhood friend and I have not seen him in years but I have fond memories of him. May he test in peace.

It was a long day today for waiting to say my goodbyes to Chuckie. We use to talk on the phone bout getting our VA claims straight and issues we were both having. I remember when he got his 100% he called to tell me cuz, get a lawyer. It really hurts he didn’t get as much time to enjoy it as he fought for it. 
I been to El Paso for military duty 2 times, he never could come see me due to transportation. After he got his due from military  he told me never again cuz call when your boots hit ground. 
We talked about a lot things, he loved his family.  He got back all the trouble he gave from them kids, he gave when he was younger and 10 times more. I use to laugh so hard at the stories.
Because I remember stuff he did growing up with his friends. He was great wrestling in high school and use to show off after winning lol.
I’m miss him, he always listen to me even if he was having a bad day. 
The service was beautiful,  I wish I could of came to see him off. I enjoy seeing  his good friends speak and knowing he had love everywhere,  everyday.  


I am so sorry to hear of my friend's passing he was a dear friend of mine. I loved the Bertram family like my own. Chuckie will be missed by so many family and friends. I am praying for the family God's Comfort and Strength.  I love you Debbie and Cynthia my forever friends💔💔🙏🏽🙏🏽😢😢😭

My friend both he and his Sister Debbie. We had some wonderful times growing up together. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I would love to see my friend Debbie. My family and I will be praying for this wonderful family.

I'm so very sorry to hear of his passing, I've known his family for ever, we went to school together and were good friends, I'm praying that God will comfort your hearts and give you strength 🙏🏾💔🙏🏾
