Deepest sympathy on the passing of Charles Lindsay earlier this year.
My name is Teresa Lindsay Williams.  I believe we are distantly related.  My grandfather was Harry Franklin Lindsay the son of John and Malinda Lindsay (my great grandparents).  I believe Charles William Lindsay is the great grandchild of John and Malinda Lindsay as well.
My father, Harold F. Lindsay passsed away in 2002.  I recently came across a Lindsay family history and have been investigating our history.  I am sorry that I did not start this earlier to have been able to correspond or meet with Charles.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Lindsay family for your loss. May you always be blessed with wonderful memories of your loved one.

To the lindsay family..You have my deepest sympathy. I took care of Mr Lindsay for his stay at the Texas State Veterans Home. He was always happy and very pleasant and fun to talk to. It was a pleasure to take care of him and he will most definitely be missed. R.I.P Mr. Lindsay

To the Lindsay Family,
In sorrow, I wish to tell you Chuck was one of the most sincere people I have ever met.  Chuck Lindsay was General Manager of SWT Distributor's, in El Paso for years.  We treasure the visits and trips with his family and ours, they were always good times.  I know without a doubt Chuck was one of my Father's closest and dearest friends. They always had a good laugh together.  Chuck touched the heart and soul of everyone he met with his generousity and graciousness.  He will be missed.  Our prayers go out to his family.

Chuck Lindsay:
I remember how you and Penny accepted me into the family from the beginning;
I remember your generosity with your time, talent and money;
I remember your forgiveness when I repeatedly put my foot in my mouth;
I remember all the wonderful things you did for our children--
   the rocking horse you made for Chris (now a family heirloom)
   all the birthday parties and sports events you attended
   the babysitting, especially on the day my dad died;
I remember all the fun we had--
   wonderful Thanksgiving feasts,
   Irvin HS football games,
   backyard barbecues,
   Diablo baseball games,
   movies--lots of movies--and dinners 
     out
   Southwest Toro parties
Ruben and I are so much better for having had you and Penny and all of your children in our lives.  Thank you for being there.  Rest well, my friend.  I love you.

Dear Lindsay Family, please know how sorry I am about your dad, you all were a big part of my life growing up on Rutledge and its hard when its taken away, please take care and know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Our sincerest sympathy on learning of the passing of our beloved friend of many years Chuck Lindsay. We have nothing but wonderful memories of Chuck, Penny and their sons and daughter. Chuck was my boss for many years at SWT Distributors in El Paso. We shared many terrific business and family experiences over the years we worked together. Our condolences to his family; they should be proud to have been blessed with such an outstanding person just as we are blessed to have had the opportunity to share him in our lives.
