She is survived by her children Raul David Holguin (Linda), Grace Chavez (Eddie), Cindy Smith (Joe) and Corinne Holguin, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mrs. Holguin is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Miguel and Oscar Portillo, Emma Guerra and Martha Perez.
Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 28th at Funeraria del Angel Martin East. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 AM at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 Nevarez Street. Interment will be held at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
