Daniel Mendoza

He is survived by his wife Delia of 55 years, his daughter Mariana and his son Roberto (Patricia). His grandchildren Anthony (Erica), Heather (Manuel), Yasmeen (Adriel), Sebastian, Jayden, Isaiah, Priscilla (Xavier), and Robert. Great grandchildren Atticus, Mason, Eric, Eli, Ethan, Audrey, Isaac, and Beau. His siblings Victoriano (Amada), Angel (Soledad), Lorenzo (Alicia), Pilar, Emily (Gilbert), MaryAnn (Ray). Daniel was preceded in death by his parents Victoriano and Francisca, sister Graciela, brothers Jesus and Ismael.

He fought in the Vietnam War with the U.S.Army, he worked for the Union Sheet Metal Workers Local 49 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and was a devoted member of the Catholic church.

Viewing will be Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 5:00 - 9:00 pm, at Del Angel Funeral Home 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904. Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church 2709 Alabama, El Paso, TX 79930. He will be laid to rest at Fort Bliss Cemetery.
