Daniel Antonio Ordonez

Daniel was the kind of person who could light up a room with his smile and make anyone feel welcome. He had a big heart, always willing to lend a hand, offer support, or simply show up when it mattered most. He loved deeply, especially his children, who were the center of his world.

A graduate of Riverside High School, Daniel continued his education at the University of Phoenix, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He carried that same drive into his work, becoming a proud entrepreneur and building several businesses in real estate, restaurants, remodeling, and landscaping. He took pride in what he created and the people he helped along the way.

Daniel truly lived life to the fullest. He valued time with family, laughter with friends, and making memories that would last. His presence, his energy, and his love for life will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Hortensia Ordoñez.

Daniel lives on through his children, Danny, Adrian, Olivia, and Nick, and their mother, Veronica Paniagua; his father, Guillermo Ordoñez, Sr.; and his siblings, Ruben, Lili, Joe, Terry, Rosa, Victor, Chiquis, and Willie. He also leaves behind over thirty nieces and nephews who loved him dearly and will carry his memory in their hearts.

From Veronica: “Daniel, thank you for the children you gave me and for the love you gave them. I will always cherish the memories we shared as a family and the years we spent raising our children together. You will always be a part of us, and your presence will live on through them every day.”

The family finds comfort in knowing that Daniel’s love and spirit will continue to live on in all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.

Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915, US, on April 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
