David Leal

David Leal Sr., 83, began his eternal life on September 18, 2014, a day before his 84th birthday. His struggle with several illnesses has laid him to rest in peace. David attended Bowie High School, Veteran of the Air Force, retired from Fort Bliss Civil Service and former NAGE President plus an avid Green Bay Packer fan. He was preceded in death by his son, David “Boy”, brother Rodolfo and mother Penelope Garnica-Leal. David is survived by wife, Ricarda, daughter, Yvonne, grandchildren David “Bubba” and Michelle Rodriguez-Provencio (John). Great-grandchildren Destiny, Jeter, Andrew and Layla. Special thanks to Nurses Foster Home, Veronica, Antonio, Norma and staff. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with Vigil at 7:00 pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 10:00 am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
