Donna Rae Dickey, 73, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in Garland-Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her daughter: Darla Mackey. Graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services are under the direction of HILLCREST FUNERAL HOME 1060 N. Carolina 598-3332.
