Dora Luevanos

Dora Luevanos (62) passed away on Saturday, August 31st in El Paso, Texas surrounded by her family. Dora brought her loved ones together for every holiday, special occasion, or made-up celebration and her joyful spirit will be greatly missed.  She is survived by her father Roque “Rocky” Luevanos, her siblings Blanca “Gollis” Payan, Raquel Piñon, Leonor Luevanos, and Jorge Luevanos, as well as her children Jose Antonio Portillo, Andres Portillo, Emmanuel “Manny” Portillo, and Veronica Castro, and her grandchildren Gennevy Portillo, Jada Portillo, Jacob Portillo, Damian Castro, Liam Portillo, and Gabriel “Rocky” Castro. She is also survived by her in-laws Amador Payan, Cristobal Piñon, Kristen Luevanos, and Ever Castro. She was preceded in death by her mother Martha Ostos Luevanos, and her husband Jose Portillo Jr.

Visitation will be held at Martin Funeral home at 1460 George Dieter El Paso, TX 79936 on Monday, September 9, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM with prayer service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Dora Luevanos (62) falleció el sábado, 31 de agosto en El Paso, Texas rodeada de su familia. Dora reunía a sus seres queridos cada día festivo, ocasión especial, o con cualquier pretexto para celebrar y se le va a extrañar su ánimo alegre. Le sobreviven su padre Roque “Rocky” Luevanos, sus hermanos Blanca “Gollis” Payan, Raquel Piñon, Leonor Luevanos, y Jorge Luevanos, al igual que sus hijos Jose Antonio Portillo, Andrés Portillo, Emmanuel “Manny” Portillo, y Verónica Castro, y sus nietos Gennevy Portillo, Jada Portillo, Jacob Portillo, Damian Castro, Liam Portillo, y Gabriel “Rocky” Castro. También le sobreviven sus cuñados Amador Payan, Cristobal Piñon, Kristen Luevanos, y yerno Ever Castro. Fue precedida en la muerte por su

madre Martha Ostos Luevanos y su esposo José Portillo Jr. La visitación será en la funeraria Martin en 1460 George Dieter El Paso, TX 79936 el día lunes 9 de septiembre 2024 de las 5:00 PM a las 10:00 PM con la oración de 6:00 PM a 7:00 PM.
