Edward “Eddie” George Elias, born on March 10, 1930, passed away on November 15, 2018. He married his beloved wife, Pearl Louise “Lulu,” while in the Army proudly serving his country overseas, in Fontainebleau, France. His contagious smile could light up the world. His love was unconditional and never ending. He was respected and loved by his family and friends and was the most devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, son, and brother. He will be deeply missed. God bless his beautiful soul and may he rest in peace. He will be met at the gates of heaven by his wife Lulu, parents George and Asma Elias, sister Marjorie Harp, and nephew Richard Patrick Malooly. Eddie is survived by daughters: Terrelia Hosey (Kevin), Sheila Elias (Ernest Simons), Christie Hogenson, and Erica McFarland (Christopher); grandchildren: Christian and Kimberly Hosey, Edward and Emily Hogenson, and Zacoury McFarland; great grandchild, Gentry Hogenson; and brothers John and William Elias. Pallbearers will be Kevin Hosey, Ernest Simons, Christopher McFarland, Christian Hosey, and Edward Hogenson. Honorary pallbearers are John and William Elias and the many wonderful family and friends who shared his splendid life. All services will be officiated by Rev. Joseph Abouid.
