Row, 82, passed away on 16 Sept 2021 after a valiant battle with cancer. Her family was by her side when she drifted away to be with our Lord and reunited with her husband Rico Perez. Row is a lifelong El Pasoan, although she never forgot her roots in North Carolina. Row was born in 1939 in Ashville, North Carolina. In 1957 she met Ricardo Perez at a USO function in Fayetteville, NC where Ricardo was attending Army Airborne School. They fell in love and the rest is history. Row toured the word with Rico as he served in the Army for 20 years. During that time, they spent time in New Mexico, Germany, and Texas. Row and Rico were avid swing dancers and were always the topic of conversation because they moved so well together. Row enjoyed gardening, working outdoors and spending time wither her grandchildren. Row is preceded in death by her husband Ricardo Perez and is survived by her son Rick Perez and wife Debra of Aurora, Colorado and daughter Laura Messimer of El Paso, Texas; four grandchildren, Tina Plemons, Courtney Gomez, Chelsea Perez, and Colin Perez; four great grandchildren, Grayson and Resse Plemons; Chloe Michael Gomez, and extended family members Leslie, Alex, and Enya of Germany.
