Emilia Caro, 93, went to be with Our Lord on Saturday, February 18, 2023. She was a faithful member of the Catholic church. Emilia was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico and came to the United States in 1960. She is survived by her children: Oscar (Aynna); Millie (Jesus); Leonor (Tom); Cynthia (Mark); Lorraine (Willie); and Lynn (Erik); 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilberto; son, Larry; her sisters, Mercedes and Delfina; and her brothers, Oscar and Hector. Visitation will be Monday, March 6, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Rosary Service at 7:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home East (1460 George Dieter). A Celebration of Life Mass will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 12:00 PM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1:30 PM. Pallbearers: Oscar Orona, Jesus Sanchez, Eddie Orona, Jayson Orona, Gabriel Sanchez and Gregorio De La Fuente.
