Enrique Lopez

Enrique López, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Born and raised in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, and later El Paso, Texas, Enrique carried the spirit of the Borderland in everything he did — hardworking, loyal, and endlessly devoted to the people he loved.

A proud electrical engineer, Enrique built a long and accomplished career with companies including Levi’s, Elcom, and also owning his own business. His work ethic was unmatched, and he approached every challenge with quiet determination and skill.

Enrique was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, cheering passionately every season and never losing faith in his team. He loved traveling, exploring new places, and sharing those experiences with the people who mattered most. Above all, family was the center of his world. His greatest joy came from being a father and grandfather, celebrating milestones, offering guidance, and creating memories that will live on forever.

He is survived by his loving wife, Georgina López, and his children:

• Veronica López Johnson and husband Anthony

• Jessica López and partner Jeremy Bridges children Jaykob, Delyla, and Brieana

• Mónica López García and husband Juan, children Enrique, Julián, and Victoria

• Alejandra Urbina, children Diego, Gianna, and Emilia

Enrique’s legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren, who will forever carry his strength, humor, and love. His presence will be deeply missed, but the impact he made — through his work, his kindness, and his unwavering devotion to family — will never fade.

Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, TX 79915, on July 9, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915, on July 9, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, 12200 Vista Del sol Dr., El Paso, TX 79936, on July 10, 2026, at 12:00 pm. Graveside Service will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907, on July 10, 2026, at 1:30 pm.
