It is with great sadness that months later I realized that the world has lost a great Gentleman.
My condolences to his entire Family and friends.
Henry and I go back many years as friends and school mates at St. Patrick's school. He was a true and honorable friend and will be missed terribly.
I haven't lived in El Paso for decades but when my 98 yr. old mother was still living in El Paso, he would stop by and just say a warm hello. My mother is now living with my family in California and she was so sad to hear of Henry's passing.
May God give the Quintana Family strength and carry the many wonderful memories that Henry left them.

There was a not a time after seeing Henry Quintana that you did not feel better about yourself, your family or life itself.

He just had a great perspective about making the most difficult decisions easy.

How neat it was to see him and his wife at the recent Scherr Legate Celebration of Lights Downtown in November and to have an opportunity to spend time with him although brief.

With El Paso Electric, Mr. Quintana was sure to help the Drowning Prevention Coalition each year and in many ways without knowing he just made life cool.

His son Henry as well , I can remember when he was a student at St. Pius and Mr. Quintana and his wife were just beaming at his graduation ceremony to the next grade level.

My, my how time has passed and many did not know how Mr. Quintana got his professional work start with the Parks and Recreation Department in the 1970's out there on San Paulo St. in the lower valley and he was just as cool, calm collected then as he was when I saw him over his professional career.

Good bye my friend, Henry, God Bless you my friend Henry, and Thank you for what you have done for me always, my Friend Henry.
