He is survived by his spouse: Sylvia Carlos; Children: Ernesto Aguirre Jr., Catalina Portillo, Luis Roberto Aguirre, Sylvia Medina, Hector Aguirre, Juan Aguirre, Pablo Aguirre, Jesus Guadalupe Aguirre; brother Narciso Vargas, 22 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.Visitation for Ernesto will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas with vigil/rosary at 10:00 AM. Graveside service will occur Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, Fort Bliss, Texas.
