We miss you so much and love you forever, mi rey.

The following picture reminds me of what a beautiful, amazing little boy Ernie was.  As he grew, we realized that he was also amazingly intelligent.  He had questions about life, about the world, about history.  Ernie became an avid reader.  His room was always packed with books on all kinds of subjects.  Then his search led him to God.  He studied many Bible versions and he talked to many people about God and His Son Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  I am certain that when Ernie passed from this earth, he entered Heaven, and Jesus was there to welcome him into His arms.  No more sorrow, no more pain or tears; only amazing love, joy, and peace.   We love you Ernie.

This is the latest version of Ernies headstone, if you look closely, you will see in the lower left hand corner, is a picture of  when he was around 14, in North Dakota , touching the water in a stream.  We need one more picture at the lower right hand corner. If you look at the middle of the image,there is a road leading to a Cross. We thought that was beautiful. 💓

Ernie, I have beautiful, loving memories of you that will never be forgotten.  Here we are at my senior prom...you are so handsome with such a wonderful smile.  May God's embrace comfort you.
