She was born on June 12, 1923 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Harry Woolum and Veva Jane McKinzie.
Eula Barger is survived by her daughter Lynda Barger and granddaughter Rebecca Barger-Kwon, as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was my dominoes hustler, she couldn't lose.
She was always dressed up and had red lip stick on.
She was the fiercest dog lover ever.
She always spoke her mind.
She stood her ground.
She was a fighter.
She loved her kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
She was God fearing and God loving.
She was El Paso through and through.
She is who I am.
Rest in Peace Eula Grace Barger 08/14/18
