Francisco Betancourt

Francisco Betancourt, 86, our “Hero” of Sunland Park, NM passed away on July 5, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his son Jimmy Betancourt. He leaves behind his wife Maria Estela Betancourt, children Martha Alvarado, Frank Betancourt Jr., JB Betancourt, Linda Betancourt, Diane Betancourt, Lily Betancourt, Elizabeth A. Betancourt, and Miguel Betancourt, 29 Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on July 8, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with, the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home West, 5054 Doniphan Dr. The Funeral Mass will take place on July 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, 4006 Hidden Way followed by the Burial at Memorial Pines Cemetery.
