Francisco is survived by his spouse, Carmen Hernandez; his son Frank Hernandez; his son Chris Hernandez; his son Mark Hernandez; his daughter Jo Ferguson; his daughter Rose Hall; his daughter Lori Juarez; his step daughter Helen Carlock; his step daughter Gloria Morales; and his step son Karlos Bouchot; his brother Richard Gonzalez.

Mr. Hernandez also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, Texas 79904. A graveside service will occur Monday, June 5, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904.
