Frank is survived by his wife, Maria Elena Cavazos; his daughter Anna Lisa Flores; his son Jose Luis Cavazos; his son Javier Alonzo Cavazos; and his daughter Elsa Michele Rodriguez.
He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren .
A visitation for Frank will be held Monday, April 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A vigil will occur Monday, April 4, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 131 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
