Frank Callier Luther (Pancho), 81, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014 of natural causes. He was a lifelong El Pasoan. He graduated from El Paso High and Texas A&M. He received his degree in 1954 and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, three children; Frank Bradley Luther, Ann Callier Mahanay, William Frederick Luther, brother; Oliver Luther and step sister Sue Batton.
