Gloria Tapia, age 87, passed on March 18, 2026, born August 15, 1938, and was a resident of El Paso, Texas.

She is survived by her loving children Jose M. Tapia (Lupe), Danny Tapia (Gloria), James Tapia (Rosie), Patricia Nieto (Enrique) and Norma Duran (George); and her sister Rosa Concha. Gloria also leaves 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Tapia and her sister Martha de Santiago.

Visitation for Gloria will be Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with vigil service at 7pm at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at St Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79936. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Tapia, Danny Tapia Jr, Jacob Nieto, Matthew Nieto, Jordan Nieto, Michael Duran, Anthony Duran, and George Duran Jr.
