Dear Karen and the entire Edens family,
I would like to express my condolences for your loss. We worked together in the same building for at least 15 years. Greg was fun, friendly and generous as teammate. I learned a lot from him. I had heard he had moved back to El Paso so I sent him a Facebook friend request quite a while ago. I figured he just didn't get on Facebook very much and I forgot about it. Then a couple of days ago I saw someone had accepted the friend request and I thought well I get to reconnect with Greg. Then I realized it must have been a relative who accepted it the day after he passed away. God bless him and God bless your family.

I will always remember my baby brother.

I remember the day that Greg first interviewed me for a job at El Paso Corp. He sat back in his chair, put his feet on the desk and said: "so- how are the other interviewers doing?". Greg was one of the best bosses I've ever had. He was kind, funny and always willing to teach and mentor. I owe a lot of my career to Greg, I am thankful to have known him and sorry to hear that he is gone.
Rest in Peace, "Buddy."

I remember how much Buddy loved Greg! I will never forget having dinner with Greg and Karen, enjoying his funny sense of humor and oh!, the wonderful talk of politics and all the wrongs in the world...But he always reminded me of the good! The knowledge he had and the places he traveled kept me intrigued. His book offered me comfort with the loss of my daughter. He is an amazing man and his spirit will go on forever.
