Guillermo Carrasco

Guillermo “Guille” Carrasco, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 79. He left this world surrounded by his wife of 57 years and his three loving sons. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, tough love and doing things his way.

Born on September 1, 1946, in Chihuahua, Mexico, Guille, lived a life defined by hard work. He took pride in providing for those he loved and was always ready with a steady hand, wise advice, or a quick-witted joke to lighten the toughest of moods.

Dad found joy in the simple things, fishing, drinking, and watching his Dallas Cowboys. He had a way of making people feel alive and uplifted, and his presence often brought much laughter.

He is survived by, Great Granddaughter-Jade Sabrina, Grandchildren-Sofia, Andy, Janelle, Emmanuel Jr. “M.J.” Krystina “Chippies”, Alejandro “AJ”, Jesus Guillermo “G”, Michael “Mikey”, Sons-Emmanuel “Manny” (Marisa), Mario (Lizzy), Guillermo “Gigio” (Ronnie), and his loving wife Irene, who will forever cherish his love, guidance, and the countless memories shared with him. He was preceded in death by his parents and multiple siblings.

Though our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the life he lived and the love he gave so freely. Dad will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
