

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hector Raul Aguilar, who departed this life on May 15, 2025, at the age of 80. He passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.
Hector was a proud and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Rosenda Aguilar. He leaves behind his cherished daughters, Elizabeth Lopez (Guillermo) and Cynthia Ramirez, and his treasured grandchildren: Gabriel, Joshua, and Jordyn Ramirez, and Christopher, Matthew, and Jonathan Lopez. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Addison and Jack Lopez, who brought joy and laughter to his later years.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, Hector served his country with honor and distinction as a Paratrooper in the 82nd and 101st Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. His bravery and commitment to service were a source of pride to all who knew him.
Hector was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Francisca Aguilar, and his brothers Raymundo and Danny. He is lovingly remembered by his siblings: Herman, Oscar, and Pedro Aguilar, and sisters Eileen Serna, Sylvia Diaz, and Norma Soto.
