Words from the heart of Robin Berman Gold:
My beautiful dear mom, Helen Berman, born on November 13, 1923 in New York, New York to Minna & Max Frank, passed away on June 18th, 2018 peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones, Robin Gold & grand-daughter Marla.
My mom was a devoted wife to my dad, Ruby Berman, and a loving mother to her children. She was a wonderful grandmother to Marla, Michael, Brian, Marc, Leslie, Adam, Melissa, Keith and Tracey. My mom also had the special privilege of being a great-grandmother.
My beloved mom………what an amazing woman! She had the most generous loving heart and touched many lives with her presence. Throughout my childhood into adulthood, my mom enjoyed socializing with friends and family, always having her door open for company.
She taught me about “caring” for others and putting others first. Thank you mom for teaching me to stand up for myself and being the best I can be.
My mom is such an animal lover and generously donates to the A.S.P.C.A. regularly. Our pets are part of the family and traveled everywhere with us throughout my childhood.
Life makes a complete circle……my mom was always there to care for me and keep me safe. Now in this final chapter of my mom’s life, I had the privilege of taking care of her, loving her and embracing her.
My Marla, her very special grand-daughter, was always there taking care of her needs. Their hearts became one and the love spoke volumes through facial and visual expressions. They shared many cherished moments together during this final chapter and difficult time. My mom always enjoyed frequent visits from my sons, Michael and Brian. She so much enjoyed family and friends visiting her in Las Vegas.
