Inge K. Anton

Inge lived her life to the fullest. She was a caring, loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.

Inge Anton was born in Karlsruhe, Germany. She was married to SGM George Anton who preceded her in death in 2016. She moved to El Paso in 1955. She had four children. She was preceded in death by her son Henry (Evelyn); her daughter Rose (Paul); and her sister Gerda Brink. She is survived by her sons Patrick (Clif) and George (Sonya); and her brother Peter Kornman.

She was a loving grandmother to her five grandchildren: Jason, Nathan, Justin, Daniel and Matthew. She also has three great grandchildren: Ryker, Aurora and Emmaline.

Inge loved doing volunteer work and worked in local schools as her children/grandchildren grew up. She then volunteered her time to help at Disabled American Veteran Organization. She had numerous friends that she loved to chat with and truly enjoyed spending weekends at the German bakery with friends. She had a special relationship with her caretaker Connie Muniz who treated mom with special care.

Graveside service will be held Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00am at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, Texas. Reception will follow graveside service Monday, April 29, 2024 from 11:30am to 2:30pm at Funeraria Del Angel Restlawn, 8817 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904.
