Irene L. Zimmerman

Irene Levy Zimmerman was a loving mother, grandmother and good friend to many.

She attended Dudley Elementary School, El Paso High School and Texas Western College graduating with a bachelor’s degree in education. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emanuel “Manny,” Zimmerman, her parents, Hyman and Augusta Gellman Levy and her brother Theodore “Ted” Levy. She is survived by her children Jeryl Marcus (David), Jay Zimmerman, Mark Zimmerman (Annie) and Lee Zimmerman (Tiffany) and by her six grandchildren Joe Marcus, Jessica Zimmerman, Shelby Zimmerman, Amanda Marcus, Jake Zimmerman and Nick Dano.

She will also be missed by her many friends and extended family. The service will be officiated by Rabbi Ben Zeidman.
