Ivone is survived by her husband, Charles Lee; mother Elsa Rios and father Homer Rios; sister Virginia Rios.
A visitation for Ivone will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home , 1060 North Carolina Drive , El Paso, Texas. A prayer service will occur Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Drive , El Paso, Texas. An interment will occur Monday, September 25, 2017 at 10:30 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Williams Dr., El Paso, Texas.
