Jack B. Spoon, of Callisburg, Texas, born on September 3, 1926 in Cooke County, Texas, to the late Eula Spoon and the late Luther Spoon, passed away at age 91 on April 23, 2018 in El Paso, Texas. Jack was the loving husband of Annette Spoon. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Belinda Sue Gaymon; brothers, Bill Spoon, Bob Spoon and Roy Spoon; and sister, Lou Meyer. Jack is survived by his son, Scott Spoon; daughters, Barbara Spoon, Cathleen Fairley and Colleen Galle; and grandchildren, Jared Gaymon and Thaddeus D. Galle. After battling heart disease, bladder cancer, and finally lung cancer, Jack passed away in his home, surrounded by family. No man could have been a better husband, father or friend. Jack will be missed by his children and grandchildren, but most of all by his wife of 64 years, Annette. Friends and family members may attend the memorial service officiated by Pastor Eddie Lee, on May 4th, 2018 at 11 am at Harvest Christian Center, 1345 New Harvest Place, El Paso, Texas. A graveside service will take place, officiated by Pastor Lee, on May 4th, 2018 at 1 pm at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 4900 McNutt Road, Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
