So if you knew Jacob then your familiar with his goofy personality. He loved making silly faces. One day we were at home and he comes up to me with a weird face and of course I laughed. He then made another and asked if it was funny. I said yes, and suggested that he should look at himself in the mirror. He would then try and hold it until he got to the closest mirror in the house. Sometimes he wouldn't make it because he would just laugh imagining how funny he must of looked. The times that he did, made him look even more ridiculous and made me laugh even harder as I heard his laughter when  he saw his reflection. I'm very shy and reserved, but when he would be silly like that I would get up and join him. We would take turns making silly faces at each other and laugh till our faces hurt. I wouldn't over think how embarrassing it would be if I made a weird face. He had an awesome way of getting me out of my shell.  He was a pain sometimes as siblings tend to be, but he was my twin. Never did we get tired or annoyed of letting the world know of that fact. Beause it's not something everyone has.  I may not have my twin physically with me anymore, but I'll always have my special memories of him. I'll always miss those extra hard hugs he'd give me just cause he knew that it annoyed me. (They were not very pleasant it hurt lol) And how he'd mess up my hair in the process...on purpose. Cause he loved me... tough love. Literally.  The photo I'm sharing is one of the last photos we took together...making silly faces. It's not very clear, but l still love it. I will cherish it always and forever until we see each other again.  

I met Jacob when we were in the 5th grade for summer school. I remember he had a lot of charisma and would make the best out of every situation. When we were in the 8th grade me and him got into a fight over something bad but i never held anything against him. I eventually forgave him for that and we were in speaking terms again although after that we didn't really talk anymore. I remember one time he started feeling faint and i came to his aid and he thanked me for that otherwise it would've been a catastrophy from the get go. My deepest condolences go out to Abraham, Becky and the rest of the family. Jacob may no longer be with us physically but spiritually he'll always be. 

Jacob was my very first true friend.  When we were kids we played a game of hide and seek at a neighbors house, Virgil, whom lived down the street. Often I was picked on or always “it” because I was not athletic and could not keep up with the other boys. When  Jacob was around he always looked out for me by using his athleticism to tag the other boys whom were taking advantage of me. Another time a much older boy attempted to steal my bicycle, I remember Jacob chasing him for a long time, until he caught up to him. The boy who attempted to steel my bicycle had no choice but to give up. I was so grateful that Jacob rose to the occasion that day, I would have been in deep trouble with my parents had I not returned home with my bike. Jacob always looked out for me and was always very selfless, you will be missed....

Mi jacobito te llevo en mi corazon mijo te amo y te extrañare todos los dias de mi vida fuiste un sobrino marabilloso con migo cada vez que venias a mi casa llenavas de luz mi vida con esa sonrisa tuya.  No te digo adios si no asta pronto.. hermana ,sobrinos estan en mis oraciones ,los amo con todo mi corazon .

My dearest Jacob, 
You were a son to me and Steve, and a brother to Weston and Steven.  We shared many many years of good times.  From just hanging out, to numerous memories from camping and fishing.  We still giggle at the time that you couldn't stop the jet ski and ended up on the shore!!! Your sweet disposition and easy going character stayed with you as you grew into a man.  You always chose to do the right thing, even if it was difficult.  You never complained about any challenges that you were faced with.  I hope and pray that we brought even a small part of the joy that you brought to our family.  We will miss you beyond words, but I know that you have met your maker and he has accepted you with open arms.  I will continue to talk to you all the time, and bless you with prayers.  I pray for peace for your beautiful family as well as for Alexander.  I know that the LORD will keep them safe.  The pain we are feeling now will be explained when our day comes to join you.  Only then will we understand why GOD does the things he does.  I love you, and I hope you always knew that.  Until we meet again my son, PEACE.
