Jacob always had a smile on his face. He loved his family and would always try to keep everyone together. He always tried to spend time with the people he loved. Jacob I am proud of you. You accomplished so much in your short life. You were very ambitious and I know you loved your family very much. I am honored to have been your aunt and shared a part of your life with you. I will see you again, this is not good bye, but see you later. I love you so much! You will never be forgotten!
