Jake Leslie Frey passed on August 23, 2026, at the age of 91.He was a resident of Clint, Texas.

Jake is survived by his wife, Lawana A. Frey; his children Joseph L. Frey, Andrew J. Caffey, Leslie Glenn Frey, Gemette E. Barton, Sheree N. Evans, Cheryl Hanna, and Candyce Kelly. Jake also leaves 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Hayes.

Visitation for Jake will be Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, Texas 79936.

Inurment for Jake will be Friday, September 18, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Rd. El Paso, Tx. 79906.
