Javier Enrique Sanchez, 82, passed away on May 31, 2020 in his residence in El Paso, Texas after enduring a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born on April 4, 1938 in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. He moved to El Paso, Texas in 1978 with his family and became a U.S. citizen in 1999.
Javier is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Martha Sanchez. He is survived by his children Martha Sanchez, his son Javier Enrique Sanchez Jr., daughter-in-law Aliris Sanchez, his son Ivan Sanchez, daughter-in-law Cindy Sanchez, his Godson Eduardo Flores, his grandchildren Vanessa Sanchez, Angel Sanchez, Arianna Sanchez, Lauren Sanchez, Joshua Sanchez, Mia Robles and Chloe Sanchez. He is also survived by brothers Eduardo Macias, Carlos Sanchez, Jesus Sanchez, Alfred Escamilla and Ronald Escamilla.
Javier was loved by many. He always took care of his family no matter at what cost. He loved listening to music, especially the oldies and Rock N’ Roll. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He held his grandchildren dear to his heart and was known to them as their loving Tata. He loved his family dearly. His presence was very strong and will never be forgotten. His family will continue to carry on his legacy. He will be missed dearly and will remain in everyone’s hearts forever. We will always love you Tata, may you rest in peace.
