Jesus Miguel Chavira

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved father Jesus M. Chavira on Sunday, January 8, 2017. As anyone who knew him would agree, he was a man of much love and great kindness who was abundantly proud of his family. As a WWII veteran, he was widely admired and respected. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 66 years, Maria N. Chavira and their children, Irma Natividad, Abelardo (Irene), Berta Tercero, Miguel (Carmen), Rogelio (Jose), Ida de la Cruz (Raul). Additionally, he will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren many of whom were present when he entered eternal peace. He lived his life to the fullest and through him we came to know the meaning of unconditional love. We will always love you.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Crestview Funeral Home with Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 9: 45 a.m. Friday January 13, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
