RIP Dear Joan.  May you find paradise at long last.

Thank you Joan for all the great talks we had and for always covering for Robyn and I when we got into "issues". You will always be in my heart, mind and prayer. Robyn may you find peace in knowing that she will never suffer again and that she will always be with you and your beautiful girls. Don't talk to you much but you will always have a friend in me. Love ya.

Thank you Miss Vigerust for helping me to understand the value of an education and that the only limits in life are self imposed.  You were a daily example to all of us every day and so many thousands of us who graduated from Canutillo High School have succeeded because of teachers like you.  God Bless you and Rest in Peace!  You certainly made a profound difference, well done!

My Auntie was INCREDIBLE! She did what most of us could not do. She fought long and hard to do all that she could do. She was a mighty Polio Survivor and She had endured over 300+ surgeries/procedures over the course of her lifetime. Her mind and spirit were remarkably STRONG! She was my teacher, my mentor, my nurturer, my protector, my support, my inspiration, and my Greatest Love.
She was my EVERYTHING for many years. We were a "Package Deal,"anyone who knew me, knew that also. 
She was in the room when I delivered my first born child. To my children, Destiny & Tianna she was our Beloved Jo Jo. We have countless pictures and videos of her and there is no doubt that her legacy will indeed live on through us, her girls.  
My Auntie Joan, was a true Warrior, an exemplary model of "Triumph over adversity" and of true greatness. I can't thank her enough for being a part of my life. I miss her so much in every way. 

"Auntie, enjoy the fruits of your labor in heaven with no more pain. You did good, you did great, you made your mark, and made us so very very proud!"

It is with deepest sorrow to learn that the greatest science teacher
ever known is gone, but, good to know you are in a better place.
Though I couldn't be there, today, I was there in spirit and prayer.
My only regret is not telling you how great you were as an educator,role model and a little known great person with a big heart.
Greatness is never forgotten and neither will you be forgotten.
Thank you, Ms Vigerust, for the invaluable education and cherished memories.
