Joaquina is survived by her son Roberto B Hernandez; her son Jerry B Hernandez; her daughter Margarita Carmona; her daughter Martha Joanna Telas; and her daughter Frances Cano.
Ms. Hernandez leaves 14 grandchildrenand 5 greatgrandchildren to cherish her memory.

A vigil service will occur Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, TX. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 10:30 AM at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 S. Nevarez Rd, Socorro, Tx. A graveside will occur Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:30 AM at La Purisima Catholic Church, 328 S. Nevarez Rd, Socorro, Tx.
