John Paul Akers Jr., age 81, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024.

John is survived by his wife, Colleen Akers; his son David Akers; his son Tim Akers; his son Chris Akers; his son Troy Akers; his step daughter Jennifer Kinsella; and his step daughter Shauna Lee; his sister in-law Dianne Jones, his brother Tommy Akers, his brother Mark Akers, his brother Frank Akers, his sister Kristi Moore and his sister Paula Alvarez; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Foster and his step niece Donna Pierce. 14 Grandchildren & 24 Great Grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his brother David Akers.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11am at Southwest Mission Church, 6633 N. Mesa St. STE 303, El Paso, TX 79912.
