John F. Smart M.D., 84- Passed away peacefully August 23, 2017. He was born June 29, 1933 in Scotland. He is survived by his loving wife Mary, daughter Amanda Neely, stepdaughter Yvette Garcia, stepson Art Espinoza, grandson Cameron Neely, five step grandchildren, and Brother George in England. He worked as a respected anesthesiologist in El Paso for over 20 years. He was a gentle much loved man who will be sadly missed.
