My sincerest condolences to the Pina Family. I worked with "Pinita" at TxDOT for many years and I have nothing but fond memories of him. Pinita was a sweet and gentle soul. Even after he retired, I often thought of him. I will forever remember your Dad. My prayers are with all of you.

Sincerely,

Yolie Guerra
