El Joe Sarabia passed away on June 24, 2026 from complications of Agent Orange after landing in Viet Nam five and a half months after graduating High School. Waiting for him in heaven is his most beloved son, Billy Joe, and nephew Manny. Also preceding him in death are his parents, Dagoberto and Cruz Sarabia, in-laws, Fred and Josefina Molina and son Danny. He is survived by his wife Billie, the love of his life and soul mate of over 62 years, his sons Mike and Robert, grand-daughters Gabi, Kaitlin, Maxyne and Sarae, grand-son Marco, sisters Sally Avila and Sylvia Wiles, and brother Rai Sarabia. Several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his wonderful niece, Julie Gonzalez, for making him feel extra special by honoring him with musical programs every year on Veteran's Day at the different schools where she taught.
Services: July 8th, 2026, Vigil at 6:30 with Rosary at 7:00. Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest West
July 9th, 2026 Mass at St. Matthews on Sunset Dr. @ 11:45 followed by internment at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery
His brother-in-law the Very Rev. Joe Molina will be officiating.
