Josefina is survived by her husband, Ruben Hernandez; her daughter Eva Alarcon; her brother Alfredo Leal, her sister-in-law Yolanda Monsisvais and her sister-in-law Estela H. Ortega (Joe); her grandson Saul Alarcon.
