Josefina is survived by her husband, Ruben Hernandez; her daughter Eva Alarcon; her brother Alfredo Leal, her sister-in-law Yolanda Monsisvais and her sister-in-law Estela H. Ortega (Joe); her grandson Saul Alarcon.

A graveside service will occur Friday, February 4, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, Texas 79906.
