Joseph Ormond Buchanan III passed away on June 11, 2024 at the age of 72. He was raised in San Diego, California and lived the majority of his life in Vancouver, Washington. Joe worked for and retired from the Northwest Carpenters Union. He was known to many as the nickname “Lucky.” He was a cherished and loved father, son, grandpa “papa,” brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his childhood sweetheart of 55 years, Carmeen. He was a father to five children and is survived by four of his children, and grandpa to six grandchildren. Those he leaves behind are left with profound and forever treasured memories. Joe will always be forever loved and deeply missed. “143”
