It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Julio Garcia, who left this world on February 4, 2025, to be with the Lord. In His presence, Julio is now free from pain and surrounded by everlasting love and peace.
Julio is survived by his brothers: Juan, Jose, Jaime, and Joel Garcia, and his brother by choice, Albert Bautista. He also leaves behind 11 beloved nieces and nephews, 4 children of his choice, 3 grandchildren of choice, and one on the way, along with extended family and friends who will cherish his memory.
A man of deep faith, Julio lived his life in devotion to God and His teachings. His passion for Christianity and unwavering commitment to his beliefs left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Julio's love for the Lord was evident in his efforts to share His grace and the beauty of faith with others.
Julio was a man of many talents. He excelled as a wrestler in high school, where he demonstrated strength, determination, and a love for competition. Throughout his life, he maintained a passion for fitness, particularly weightlifting. Julio was also a gifted artist, finding joy in painting, pottery, and drawing. He had a special love for the outdoors, enjoying fishing and stargazing with his family. Julio was known for his generosity, always offering thoughtful gifts that reflected his love and care for others.
Preceded in death by his mother, Josefina Garcia, and father, Jose Garcia, Julio’s family finds comfort in knowing he is now at peace with the Lord. His life was a testament to faith, love, and kindness, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

A visitation for Julio will be held Friday, February 21, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with Funeral service at 11:30 AM, at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, 8700 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904. Graveside service will follow Friday at 12:30 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas 79904.
