Kimi Rita Narlock, 59, of El Paso, TX passed away on the morning of September 21, 2016 at her residence. She was an outgoing, kind woman and friend to many. She is survived by her partner, Oscar Ibarbo, son, Ian Narlock, mother, Kayoko Lewis, sister, Maxine Willis, nephew, Don Amend, cat, Sora, and many other family members and friends.
