Leobarda is survived by her daughter Angelica M. Olivas; her daughter Gabriela Cardoza; and her daughter Brenda Cardoza; her brother Armando Rosas, her brother Jesus Rosas, her brother Carlos Rosas and her sister Socorro Rosas.
A visitation for Leobarda will be held Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, 518 Gallagher St., El Paso, TX 79915. A graveside will occur Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
