Leonor R. Cuellar

Leonor is survived by sons Guillermo, Gilberto Jr., Richard, and David; daughter Carolina; granddaughters Linda Austin, Veronica Hernandez, Samantha Cuellar, and Jessica Baez; great granddaughters Danielle Cortez, Allyson Baez, Breanna Hernandez, Tabitha Olivas, and Melissa Hernandez; daughters-in-law Estela Valdivia, Barbara Moreno and Ana Cuellar; godsons Gabriel Murga and Jorge Murga, extended family and friends.

Leonor was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, her husband Gilberto Cuellar Sr., grandson Gerardo Cuellar, and daughter-in-law Delia Maria Cuellar.

Leonor’s legacy is forever cemented in the loving family she leaves behind. Leonor was the beloved matriarch of a tight knit family rooted in strength, loyalty, and traditions. Her strength personified from birth, she is forever the center of our universe, she is our mother, the backbone of the earth. She loved in the purest of forms. For to know Leonor was to experience the gift of unconditional love. Our hearts ache for her mortal departure, yet we find refuge in knowing she is amongst the heavens reunited with God and her beloved husband.

Visitation for Leonor will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with Rosary at 11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass Service at 1:30 PM, at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church, 12200 Vista Del Sol Dr., El Paso, TX 79936.
