Lorenza A. Cordova, 88, passed away on September 16, 2016 in El Paso, Texas. She was born on December 26, 1927 in El Paso, Texas to Tiburcio & Manuela Hijar. Lorenza is preceded in death by her husband: Juan A. Cordova. She is survived by her son: Juan Cordova Jr. (Toni); daughter: Bertha Vega (Mike); sister: Maria Hijar; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6:00-9:00pm on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00pm. Funeral Service: 11:30am on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
